Property & Casualty Insurance Commercial Lines Agent
Location: SoCal, NorCal, TX, PA, NY, GA, NV and more
Work Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am ~ 5:45pm (45 minutes lunch break)

Responsibilities:
• Actively generate new sales leads, obtain all necessary information to turn leads into prospects and clients
• Present proposals to prospects and clients, close sales, and complete exposure analysis
• Provide proactive risk management advice to existing clients and resolve client issues
• Identify and pursue cross-sell and cross-referral opportunities amongst existing clients proactively
• Be proficient and available to carrier rating/quoting system provided for agency use
• Utilization of agency management system and related websites
• Maintain proper documentation for existing and prospective clients
• Identify carrier risk appetites, carrier information, target classes, and underwriting guidelines
• Attend training sessions and courses to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge
• Maintain consistent and high-quality touch points with clients and prospects
Qualifications:
• Active Property & Casualty license
• Bilingual in Chinese and English
• Preferred 2 years of experience in P&C commercial line
• Good listening skills and the ability to determine clients’ needs efficiently
• Positive learning & teaching attitude, ability to work in a teamwork environment
• Excellent time management skills and a proven ability to effectively prioritize workflow
• Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & Agency Management System

• Starting $3,500 ~ $4,800/month depend on experience, will raise if pass probation
