Objective
Our health insurance department is seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to serve as an intermediary between health insurance companies and clients for business group plans.
Our carriers include BlueShield, Kaiser, Anthem BlueCross, Aetna, HealthNet, United Health Care, and more

Responsibilities
1.Actively seek and develop new business relationship through referrals and regular visits to client sites
2.Advise clients on the plans and benefits that best suit their needs (eg. medical, dental, vision)
3.Generate premium quotes for clients, service new and existing clients on enrollment and renewal
4.Review clients’ forms in enrollment, cancellation, and changes. Follow up with insurance carriers
5.Attend regular seminars to enhance product knowledge to effectively communicate with clients
6.Ensure compliance with up-to-date federal and state regulations
7.Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
Qualifications
1)Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in health insurance field
2)Active license in Life, Health, and Accident insurance
3)Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese, Vietnamese, or Korean is a plus
4)Proficient in computer skills – MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat
5)Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
6)Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, professional phone etiquette
Salary & Benefits
• Starting $4,200 ~ $5,800/month depend on experience and location, will raise if pass probation
